Marshall Allen
Marshall Allen is widely known as a visionary leader in technological applications to higher learning. Allen pioneered such early innovations as “Talkback Television” and “Candid Campus” and has been instrumental in the development of OneNet. The telecommunications center at OSU, which Allen launched, has served as a model for the nation. In 2002, he was honored as Fellow of the Decade in the International Industry Fellows Program at Ball State University. Additionally, he is a member of the TeleCon and USDLA Halls of Fame. Allen is currently Director of The Institute for Teaching and Learning Excellence. He was inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame in 2006.
